Operation Manual

1,Fix the machine on level and stable work stand.

2,Adjustment the distance between upper blade and bottom blade:Adjust the lifting button to make the upper blade move down (when counterclockwise turning button, the upper blade move down and vice versa), Keep distance to 0.01-0.15mm between the upper blade and bottom blade(note: the distance has been set default to 0.05-0.1mm). Never make the upper blade contact with bottom blade vertically to prevent from blade damage.

3,Adjustment of bottom blade protector limit: slightly unscrew the fastening screw on bottom blade, adjust the blade protector to be 0.2-0.3mm lower than the top of V shape then lock the bottom blade.

4,Adjustment of upper blade protector limit:

(a),Adjustment of upper blade protector limit for Model ZO/KO:Slightly unscrew the fastening screw on upper blade,keep PCB V-CUT line align with the V top of upper blade protector limit and bottom blade protector limit, pull back and forth of PCB, at the same time, adjust the upper direction, when feel the moving with some resistance then lock the fasten screw.

(b),Adjustment of upper blade protector limit for Model ZW/KW:Slightly unscrew the fastening screw on upper blade, keep PCB V-CUT line align with the V top of upper blade protector limit and bottom blade protector limit, pull back and forth of PCB, at the same time, adjust the micro adjuster, when feel the moving with some resistance then lock the fasten screw.

5,Machine START:Open the Ship shape power switch, then switch on the toggle switch, slightly turn the speed button, make the bottom blade run slowly, slightly push the PCB by hand, and make the cutting motion start and carefully monitor the cutting effect, if PCB cutting is not thoroughly, repeat the step of 2~4 to adjust the distance to a proper position between upper blade and bottom blade. When the cutting effect is good, may increase the running speed.

6,After cutting, please press the separated PCBs to prevent PCB fallen and cause component damage on PCB
